This Hotel expresses the exuberance of Food and Drink offering a unique guest experience and this is an exceptional opportunity for a creative and experienced Sous Chef to assist in the management of the Cold Line kitchen operation.

As the Sous Chef, you will be an energetic and artistic individual that synergises the creative concepts and tastes across the Dining Areas and to lead the culinary team on their mission to exceed customers’ expectations. You and your team will deliver consistent and high quality products from the kitchen. You would be an exceptional people manager whereby you can nurture and develop your team and for them to absorb your talents and expertise into the daily operation.

Supporting the Executive Chef, this is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the success of this brand whilst having the opportunity to grow with the company.
